Making the repair - part 1 - Video’s 1 and 2

by Collin De Ruyck on April 18th, 2008

In today’s 2 videos you will see that full replacement of the water service here at my home. The reason why there is two video’s is because the file size when I had everything in one video was 2 large and I was unable to upload the video to You Tube. I don’t think it is a big deal, you just have to click 2 times to watch he video and see everything. Once my You Tube channel gets enough views I will be able to upload any size file I want so by all means head on over after you have watched today’s 2 video and view my channel.

What your going to see though today is a very unique method of replacing a water service. In the old days contractors would have to completely dig up your yard in order to replace a water or drain line. Today, they have machines they use to create a hole under ground where they then feed the new line into. Very neat!

I hope you enjoy both video’s today and make sure you come back tomorrow to see the completed job. If you missed the first three video in this series you can visit them by using the links below.

Watch today’s 2 video’s below.

Video number 1

Video number 2 (the first few seconds of this video is the same as the above one, but then it changes to the scenes you have not seen)
